Ultimate Ninjas

01 — The Problem

Ultimate Ninjas is a kids’ obstacle course gym that also serves serious adult athletes and potential franchise buyers. But their early brochure concepts didn’t reflect that. The branding was overly childish, featuring cartoon pandas and monkeys. It didn’t connect with parents looking for trustworthy programs, adults seeking real fitness challenges, or investors who wanted something bold and exciting.

02 — The Solution

I teamed up with a designer who understood the complexity of the audience and the importance of balance. Together, we created a short, dynamic booklet that spoke to all three groups. The copy laid out the gym’s multi-layered business model in a way that felt inspiring, trustworthy, and just a little bit badass. The design elevated the message with a sharp, modern look that avoided anything too cutesy while still being kid-friendly.

03 — The Result

Although I don’t have final performance data, I can say the clients were thrilled. The finished brochure captured the energy and potential of the brand in a way that finally felt right. It was clear, motivating, and designed to grow with them.
